Cleaning Manager Job: As cleaning manager the main job will effectively manage continuous improvements, taking corrective action where necessary and informing their line manager of performance issues. The role holder will ensure robust health and safety procedures are implemented, reviewed and reported on a regular basis.

Main Responsibilities As a Cleaning Manager.!
- You will be the conductor of the cleaning team, coordinating all activities and ensuring that every corner shines.
- You will distribute tasks, motivate staff and ensure that everything is in order!
- You will monitor the team’s performance, providing accurate feedback to maintain quality standards.
- You will be responsible for training new talent and ensuring that everyone masters the necessary techniques and equipment.
- You will ensure continuous training of the team and management of product and equipment inventory.
- Managing staff: Supervising, hiring, and training cleaning staff
- Ensuring quality: Maintaining high standards of quality and consistency in the work of cleaning staff
- Managing schedules: Creating staff schedules and rotas
- Managing time and attendance: Managing the time and attendance system, including verifying time sheets
- Ensuring compliance: Ensuring that work is carried out in accordance with health, hygiene, and safety procedures
- Maintaining records: Maintaining records relevant to the department, such as training records, staff attendance, and maintenance repairs
Requirements and Eligibility:
- You have at least a 12th grade education and one year of experience coordinating cleaning teams, especially in industrial environments.
- Do you know how to lead, motivate and organize a team?
- You are an expert in using industrial cleaning products and equipment and in complying with safety standards.
- You have planning and organization skills, and know how to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Do you live in Lisbon or surrounding areas and have immediate availability?
