Waiter Job: As a room service waiter, your primary responsibilities are to deliver food, drinks, and any necessary utensils and condiments to guests who order meals from their hotel rooms. With guest permission, you push the cart or carry the tray into the guest room, set the table, and identify the order.

We are currently looking for new job talent to join the IRD department as Room Service Waiter/tress
Main functions you will perform in your position?
- Support company philosophy and company culture through the use of the Pillars of Legendary Quality Experiences on a daily basis to ensure Guest Satisfaction and the achievement of our Mission Statement
- Set up tables or tray according to the order accurately in timely manner up to our standards as per side work description
- Deliver in room dining order to the guests in a timely manner, within the quoted time
- Pick up the table after the use by the guests or as per guest’s request.
- Do all the side works and preparations of the equipments for the continuation of the operation
- Make sure that all silver and glasses are polished and spotless
- Check accuracy of order before delivering – be sure it is complete
- Verify guest satisfaction before leaving the room
- Anticipate guest needs, as to where guests will never have to ask for anything
- Attend all food and beverage training classes
- Complied with change of schedule communication procedure
- To wish each and every guest a good day/evening
- Attend daily pre meal/communication meeting
- Attend monthly department meeting
- Always carry a master key, bottle opener, and pager when delivering or picking up tables and trays.
- Generate a good atmosphere
- Maintain the supplies up to the par (i.e. sodas, waters, sundries)
- Small assigned projects
- Maintain the cleanliness of the working area.
