Responsibilities Of The Job..!!
- Telephone and email reception of customer and patient requests and related system management
- Creation of patient records and order entry (NSO)
- Coordination of transport providers for emergency management
- Check the correct planning and execution of the service
- Checking the correct training of patients (outbound)
- Recovery of oxygen containers (outbound)
- Management of the closure, modification or suspension of therapy and services
- Management of communications with health authorities
- Answer calls: Call center operators answer inbound and outbound calls from customers.
- Resolve issues: Call center operators listen to customers’ concerns, troubleshoot problems, and offer solutions.
- Promote services: Call center operators promote the business’s goods and services.
- Update accounts: Call center operators review and update customer accounts with accurate information.
- Meet KPIs: Call center operators meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, average call handling time, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Escalate issues: Call center operators escalate complex issues to other departments and team members when necessary.
- Learn new systems: Call center operators learn new call center software and other essential technology or systems.
Requirements Of The Job..!!
- Diploma
- Excellent communication and synthesis skills, both oral and written, listening skills and empathy
- Service Orientation
- Ability to interact and work in a team
- Basic computer knowledge
- Curiosity, proactivity, good organizational and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of English is appreciated
- Experience in the healthcare field and contact with the patient is a privileged element of choice.
